Band Fees

Marching Band: Fees for the 2025 Season are $375.
  • $75 deposit due before May 16th, 2025
  • $300 due by July 28, 2025​

Concert Band: The fee for the 2025-2026 school year is $30. This helps cover venue rental, tuxedos, clinicians, instrument cleaning, and other classroom supplies.

Venmo is the preferred payment method. Please turn OFF the Venmo setting that allows for refund by charging Band Backers an additional fee!  When paying by credit card, please note that additional processing fees have been added.

  • SportsYou - The band utilizes the SportsYou system. Numbers will not be sold and will be kept confidential by the SportsYou app.  This is the best way to get the most up to date information regarding the band. We have a separate registration for students and parents. We request that BOTH students and parents sign up for SportsYou by visiting: https://www.sportsyou.com/signup.

DO YOU MATCH? 
Would you like to double your donation to the Parkway North Band Backers? Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. We encourage you to complete your company's matching gift forms. If you do not see Parkway North Band Backers listed at your company, please contact your HR department and ask for the Parkway North Band Backers to be added to your company's matching list. There may be additional paperwork that needs to be completed and we are happy to do that for you. You may email the PNBB Treasurer at [email protected].

If you would like a receipt from the Band Backers to acknowledge your payment of band fees, please send an email to: [email protected]. Please be sure to include your student's name.
