VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
THANK YOU to all of our incredible volunteers! Our marching band wouldn't miss a beat without the incredible parents, families, and friends who step up to help. From behind-the-scenes heroes to front-row supporters, every volunteer plays an instrumental role in making our season a success. • PIT CREW  Move percussion equipment, props, and gear quickly and safely before, during, and after performances. If you enjoy teamwork and don't mind a little heavy lifting, this role is instrumental to every show!
• CHAPERONES  Be an extra set of eyes, helping hands, and friendly faces at football games, competitions, and special events. Chaperones help keep students safe, on schedule, and ready to perform while supporting the directors every step of the way.  You are the key to keeping everyone in line—and on time!
• FUNDRAISING   Coordinate and support fundraising efforts that provide opportunities, equipment, uniforms, and travel for our students. Every dollar helps us stay in tune with success—and deserves a standing ovation!
  • Craft Fair Coordinator: Organize vendors, volunteers, and event logistics to ensure the success of our biggest fundraiser of the year!
  • ​Corporate Sponsorships: Build relationships with local businesses and help secure sponsorships that support our band program.
  • Donations: Encourage and coordinate the annual friends and family giving campaigns, making it easy for every family to support the band in a way that works for them.
• EVENT PLANNERS  Organize and orchestrate a great time! From banquets, team building, senior night to band camp parties and celebrations, this team coordinates the details that make our events memorable and stress-free.
• ​PHOTOGRAPHY  Turn marching moments into lasting memories.  Photograph rehearsals, performances, competitions, and candid moments to showcase the band's hard work and spirit throughout the season. We always need high-quality images and videos to use for graphics, website and social media.
